If it’s quality your after - Don’t go to this company .
I paid plenty and cannot believe the cheap product received . I will now send them away to a sewer to have the seams overlocked . Fraying of fabric everywhere . Some areas have 2 mm of fabric after the seam and will most probably fray and then split.
Shattered that I’ve spent so much money on such a poor quality product … never again

Expensive but quality not guaranteed
For quite an expensive product, within 30 mins of my dogs walking through the mesh at a slow pace, the top section of the door became unstuck and would not stay up so it has been removed and packed away. Very disappointed and feels like a waste of money

I had a complex order for patio sectional foam/material replacement
Wanted to speak to their office before placing order to ensure correct measurements
After numerous attempts to call, with multiple hang ups due to their call centre being in India, unanswered chats and multiple emails, I reached Pritika in their sales area
To be noted I received a call from a rep from India at 2AM because they didn’t check where I lived before calling
Pritika was helpful, we confirmed the right measurements etc
Order paid for almost $1,700
Delivery date confirmed via telephone and on their system to be a June 1/26 two weeks before the due date this was confirmed
I waited the two weeks, watched the system that listed in production the whole time, the delivery date passed and no delivery
Past due date now and their office will not reply to chat, email and I give up calling because their representatives either hang up or it’s technical issues because they are in India
I will be going to my credit card company to dispute this transaction as I believe most of what they do is a scam
If they ship today I will take this all back but I doubt it
Also I deserve a price adjustment for all this hassle if they are ever sent, the work, time and energy put in to this was beyond nuts

Update: they replied to my comment in this forum and have yet to contact me or ship the items!

Be aware when placing an Order, the experience you hoped for may not be a happy one.
I placed an order with this company with a delivery date of the 23rd April, When I never received it, I chased them up by email ‘and just got a standard response. On the 27th April I received an email saying my order was on hold. The phone line for this company was unavailable, so I used the chat service, to be told the material was out of stock, and the order was on hold awaiting by confirmation on what I wanted to do with it. Cancel or await until stock arrives.
Be aware when placing an order, the experience you hoped for may not be a happy one..

SCAM - Do not buy from this company.
Scam - Spent nearly $1000 on seat cushions. We paid express shipping as it said it would arrive Thursday April 23rd 2026. They provided me with an email on April 21st that states delivery is on track for April 23rd. However, when you click the tracking, Fedex shows delivery is for May 8th.
For systems don't work, they don't return calls and when you use the website chat they advise they will escalate to the relevant team.
