Really poor experience of delivery
Whilst I’m hopefully happy with my bed, the delivery was appalling
Turned up nearly 2 hours late, barely any communication, and then too lazy to make any effort to take the bed upstairs. Strange smell left lingering in the house afterwards….
As somebody who lives alone with no local support I’ve spent three nights sleeping on the floor whilst I now try and pay someone to get the bed upstairs.
I immediately raised this as an issue with Danetti but apart from a “we will look in to it” no real response and certainly no customer care shown now that I’ve parted with close to £1000
Really disappointed because pre order Danetti couldn’t do more eg phone calls, emails etc asking if I was purchasing. All feels a bit shallow now.
Let’s hope for a better nights sleep tonight whilst my bed waits patiently for me in my front room
And yes I measured, absolutely no reason why it “doesn’t fit”, had a six foot sofa bed delivered and taken upstairs without even a single drop of sweat being produced by another very reputable company!
Update: Danetti have refunded the delivery fee, and have reached out for which I am appreciative

The whole process from ordering to…
The whole process from ordering to actual delivery was impeccable. I was updated on the status of both regularly and although the delivery on the day was delayed I was kept informed and then a phone call to say it was an hour away.
My flat is at the top of an old Victorian house with 2 winding staircases to navigate which the two wonderful delivery men approached professionally and with care.
The assembly was a little tricky as the holes didn’t align fully when trying to attach the base to the pole but with a little twisting and turning we managed!
The Romeo table is of a high quality and it looks fabulous in my kitchen. I would highly recommend this product and company.

Great service, great product
Our experience with Danetti was great. Although the chair we initially ordered was out of stock, they helped us find an alternative which we are happier with! The customer service was amazing, particularly Helen. We love our chair and would definitely buy from them again.

We can confirm that your swatches were dispatched on 5th October via Royal Mail First Class. Unfortunately, there can occasionally be delays within the postal service, and we’re sorry that this has affected your experience.
If you could please contact our Customer Care team, we’d be more than happy to look into this for you and arrange for the swatches to be re-dispatched if necessary.
We do offer free swatches to help customers make an informed decision before ordering, and we’re sorry that you haven’t received the service you expected. We appreciate your patience and hope we can put this right for you.
We were told a specific date when we…
We were told a specific date when we ordered the sofa in the showroom with the sales associate showing us in their system. Now this isn’t being met and they refuse to give us a firm delivery update. Customer service has been very unhelpful too and the agent was defensive and patronising. Very disappointed with the experience so far. Seriously considering cancelling the order, it was purchased a month ago and we have no idea when it’ll arrive.

My mattress orders didn’t show up on…
My mattress orders didn’t show up on the day of the delivery and this happened twice. Never received any compensation Two of them ended up being m defective in just a couple of weeks I’ve tried to get this sorted followed all protocols and they keep causing further delay even when trying to find a solution with them holding my money. Poor customer service. What a nightmare.

Additional delivery charge
We ordered chest of draws and two bar stools.
The chest of draws are not arriving until early December, however I was expecting to receive the bar stools since it said 2 to 3 days delivery.
When we didn’t receive an email for dispatch of the bar stools I called to query this and was told that we would need to pay an additional £39 to have the bar stools delivered before the chest of draws.
The representative agreed that it did not have this information on the website and the relevant team would be notified - I don’t think this is good enough.
Having already paid £39, an additional £39 for items ordered at the same time is ridiculous, especially when it does not state this anywhere on the website.
I am yet to pay the additional £39 as we are considering cancelling the bar stools due to this reason.
We would not be ordering from this company again despite how beautiful their items appear.
The representative stated that it was NOT in the terms and conditions and this would be passed onto the relevant team to update.

We would like to clarify that our delivery terms are clearly outlined at checkout and within our Terms & Conditions. Where multiple furniture items are ordered together, with the exception of smaller items such as lights, rugs and mirrors, they are delivered together with the rest of the order. If a customer would like individual items delivered separately, an additional delivery charge would apply.
Our standard delivery charge is capped at £39 per delivery, regardless of how many furniture items are included. This means that when ordering multiple items such as sofas, chairs and a table together, the delivery charge represents good value compared with arranging separate deliveries for each item.
We appreciate that this may not have been what you expected when placing your order, and we’re sorry if this was not clear to you at the time. We hope this clarification helps explain why the bar stools have been scheduled to arrive with the rest of your furniture and why an additional charge would apply for a separate delivery.
