Ordered 4 bar stools marked as in stock…
Ordered 4 bar stools marked as in stock and available and chose delivery within 3 days. Paid over £1k. Now told bar stools not available, we can have 1 and pay a £39 split delivery charge and have the other 3 in November, now changed their minds and it’s actually December. Asked for a good will gesture. Denied. Asked to speak to a manager. Denied. Asked for Danetti to paid the £39 charge. Denied.
Very poor indeed.

Having reviewed the situation, it looks like there was an issue with the stock allocation when your order was placed, and we apologise for the confusion and frustration this has caused. We appreciate that being advised of different availability dates and then being asked to pay an additional delivery charge was understandably disappointing.
On this occasion, we would be happy to offer you free split delivery, so you can receive the available bar stool without having to pay the additional £39 charge.
We’ve passed your details through to our Customer Care team, who will be in touch with you to arrange this for you.
We’re sorry again for the initial situation and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope we can now get this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
Outstanding quality
I recently purchased a Skye sofa and Giotto coffee table, and I couldn’t be happier with both the products and the overall experience.
When I originally placed my order, I was given an estimated lead time of 16–18 weeks because the fabric I had chosen was particularly popular and was temporarily out of stock. I was told that there was a possibility of the order being completed sooner, so I was really pleased when I received an email from the company letting me know that my items were ready much sooner than expected. They then gave me the option to choose a delivery date that suited me, and everything arrived just 2 weeks after placing my order.
Both items were packaged extremely well and securely. The delivery company provided an estimated time of arrival and contacted me around 45 minutes before arriving to confirm that I was at home. They arrived on time with no delays and were really friendly, helpful and professional.
The sofa couldn’t be delivered all the way to the room because the boxes wouldn’t fit around the turn on the stairs. The delivery team explained that they aren’t permitted to remove the furniture from its packaging, which is completely understandable.
The sofa itself is absolutely beautiful and was very easy to assemble. The coffee table is equally stunning — very solid, beautifully made and only required a few screws to attach the top. You can really see the attention to detail and quality in both pieces.
This also wasn’t my first order with the company, and I have to say that every experience I’ve had with them has been just as good as this one. The quality of the furniture, communication and delivery have consistently been excellent.

The first delivery came damaged, and now…
The first delivery came with a damaged dining table. I sent the whole consignment back including the chairs and completed the complaint on your platform saying that I would like a pristine replacement. Your customer service department intiated a full refund. I called you to say I didn't want a refund, I wanted my order redelivered. I have now sat in for a second day and the delivery was just the table (not yet opened), but with no chairs. This is not a good experience at any level. I hope you are able to get the chairs to me, in pristine condition, which is the least a customer should expect at these prices!
