Fake products!! I ordered Cosmelan 2 and it was not the original version.

0 out of 10 customer service. Look somewhere else for good services.

Missing order, rude attitude of delivery company, no customer service, miscomitting the delivery again and again ...

Fake products be aware !!! Made in China !!!!

Falsely advertised their products as available and in stock on there website for next day delivery. After order was placed and paid for there was no correspondence from DermaME, only after I followed up with customer services did they respond to say that the product was out of stock and would have to be ordered from overseas. A couple of days later I received a message to say my order had been cancelled and a refund would be issued in 7 working days - complete waste of time

I ordered since 10 days and tried to whatsapp them to follow up but no reply! My order worth dhs3000! They r scam

I don’t like at all how unprofessional they are. I ordered vitamins, they brought another one . And that vitamins which I received much cheaper , they charged me with same price which cost vitamins which I ordered and didn’t receive. Unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!

they put pay with card in delivery choice but when the delivery guy comes there is no card machine. irresponsible and bad service!

Though their customer service is good, their reliance on delivery system (by private courier) is pathetic. My very first experience in itself was a pathetic and below par. My sincere advice to them is for upgrading their delivery system and meet the promises made to their clients by reaching the consignment by the date and time commited while confirming the online order.

After two weeks I’m still waiting for my order and they do not answer phone calls or messages. They should work on their customer care skills. Worst experience ever! 14/02/21 my order arrived and company apologized for the lack of communication.
