DOESNT speak over me or give a load of flannel down the phone Like some of advisors have in the past, hence I always ask for Tom every year on renewal date. Great service from the initial phone call to getting my insurance cover. I delt with Wes who was polite and professional, he listened to my requirements and understood the individual needs of my business.
