I had a very positive experience with all of the Dreams staff that assisted me. I visited on two separate occasions and each time was met with helpful people who knew what to suggest etc. and made me feel at ease, choosing on my own. Thank you so much. I also appreciated the delivery process which went smoothly.

Quick and efficient

My wife and I were treated with Respect and the 2 ladies in the Banbury store couldn't be more helpful, and the delivery people were very helpful and were very Respectful, we are very pleased with our new Bed Frame,

We recently had a a misunderstanding with Creation, the finance company who insisted that we had underpaid. We went to Dreams in Banbury where we bought the goods and spoke to Aggie to see if the problem could be sorted. She went to so much trouble and with patience and skill sorted the problem for us. Big thank you as we were getting nothing but unhelpfulness from Creation (who had made a mistake)!

Tempur mattress is very comfortable.

It would have been good when purchasing mattress if your staff could have answered my question, I asked if electric blankets could he used with Tempur mattresses, I had to Google the answer as they did not know!!

The store had a relaxing atmosphere and made it easy to try different beds. I found exactly what I needed.

My sales experience with Emma was very good. She was knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was excellent! Last time I had a new mattress they struggled up the steep stairs. The delivery team kept me informed, arrived on time and delivered and set up two mattresses in no time at all ! Friendly and efficient . My new mattress is very comfortable and appears to be helping my bad back? Thank you !

All good, bedside cabinet is what I expected. I Already have one, so wanted to get another so it matched either side of the bed.

The ordering and delivery were good.
But the depth of the mattress was only 8 inches deep. Not 9 inches as specified.
So had to buy a topper
