Staff in store were great, although did not give me a mattress bag for old mattress , delivery drivers were also great, friendly , communication was good too .

Brilliant customer service, really friendly and listened to our budget and needs to find the perfect mattress. Highly recommend!

I went to the Banbury store today with my elderly mother in law to purchase a mattress.
We were welcomed by Sylvia who took us through various types of mattresses.
Sylvia’s customer service was fantastic. She was very patient and understood the needs of my 86 year old mother in law.
We purchased the mattress and look forward to getting it soon.
Thank you Sylvia for making our experience at dreams so pleasant and easy.

Sales and delivery staff were great. We have a small house with a narrow staircase and they got a king-size mattress up there (with effort) safely. Banbury branch. Next to the best best cycle shop in North Oxfordshire. I have no connection to either.

When we arrived at Dreams we were greeted by a young lady who helped me chose my mattress. She asked me questions about myself and then I
Laid on their special bed which works out what mattress would suit me best. Afterwards I was able to try out several mattresses to see which one I preferred. It was a really good experience and I’ve been sleeping on my mattress for coming up 2 weeks. It’s sheer bliss. I love it. So comfortable. It doesn’t aggravate my hip problem like my old mattress did. From beginning to end it was a good experience. The delivery men couldn’t have been more helpful, kind and considerate. As I am a widow living alone that means a lot. I would recommend Dreams to anyone.

The whole experience was so positive,from being greeted by Emma who explained choices of beds ,and gove us time to make our minds up ,made us coffee,and went through everything at our speed(we’re in our 80 s ) the delivery also went so smoothly we would recommend you all highly

Great advice and service in the store. Delivery was prompt and nice guys delivering. The mattress is perfect, very comfortable from the first night!

We had a nice approach to checking our needs, discussing options and prices in a non pushy, just knowledgeable open and friendly way, this all leading us to buy the 3 beds we needed (with free delivery and good sales prices)

I had a very positive experience with all of the Dreams staff that assisted me. I visited on two separate occasions and each time was met with helpful people who knew what to suggest etc. and made me feel at ease, choosing on my own. Thank you so much. My wife and I were treated with Respect and the 2 ladies in the Banbury store couldn't be more helpful, and the delivery people were very helpful and were very Respectful, we are very pleased with our new Bed Frame,
