Our lovely new bed and mattress arrived exactly on time. The two delivery guys were so helpful. The items were well wrapped and packaged. The instructions to assemble the bed, were easy to follow, with all tools included. We are over the moon with our soooo comfy bed. Thankyou Dreams

The mattress is not as hard as I felt while buying.i get totally pressed inside the mattress while I sleep and in morning I get up with full body pain
I would like to return this mattress and get a firm one in replacement totally disappointed

The whole process flowed from beginning to end. I was listened to, advised and guided over my purchase. Everything was explained to me and my questions answered and it was delivered on time and my old mattress taken away.

We had a great experience buying our bed from Dreams. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff in Basingstoke were so helpful, and very patient. We had to keep moving the delivery date because our moving date kept being delayed and this was handled very professionally. They were very knowledgeable about the beds which enabled us to make the correct decision for us. Thank you.

From start to finish it was a great experience with the Basingstoke team at Dreams. I’ve had my new bed 2weeks now and honestly I wish I’d had got one years ago I sleep a lot better and it’s so comfortable thank you Carl and your team you’re the best ever.
