The service received in the shop was excellent. We were guided by knowledgeable staff through the range of beds likely to suit our requirements, and allowed to try numerous beds without any pressure to buy. The delivery happened remarkably quickly and the delivery men were courteous, clean (they wore felt slippers over their boots) and were very efficient. All in all, it was a refreshingly good experience.

Ordered 2 beds with installation also paid for. The delivery guys were extremely courteous and erected and installed both our divan and motorised ottoman bed in a little over an hour. Took away all the rubbish too. Very happy with both products and the experience in store was also very good.

Ordered mattress by phone. It arrived on time and was as described. Seems to be good quality, but haven't used it yet.

We had an experienced, efficient and helpful team deliver our new beds and remove existing bedding as planned.
It started to rain heavily as they arrived, but were very careful and considerate with their footwear and even wiped over a wet floor which was unavailable.
They gave us helpful advice on maintaining our new mattresses.
We mentioned that we would be moving in the near future and offered some very good advice on how to look after our new bedding in transit.
We quickly accustomed to our new mattress and is just as we expected.
The experience of purchasing of the bedding in the Basingstoke shop proved helpful and business like.

We went to our local Dreams store and they guided us through the whole process with patience and the store assistant Rylan was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the product. There was no rush or pressure. We have now had our Tempur mattress for 3 weeks and the difference in our sleep is amazing. Very impressive

A very good experience at the store and a very good delivery experience.

Bed was delivered on time and the team assembling the bed were great, helpful and considerate and efficient.

We weren’t sure about which mattress to choose and Chris, the assistant, gave us excellent advice and allowed us to make our minds up.b

Sleep is much better now as be 4 never slept a full night happy with my purchase

Not the best experience to be honest brought really expensive pillows which I could nor return as I had tried them why wouldn't you how would you know if you had not ... anyhow left various messages for call l bank after a couple of days been on medication as had previous neck injury that reoccurred due to these pillows called asking to speak to manager told not available for 8 weeks but someone will call you back surprise surprise that never happened. Experience has been pretty shocking was offered extras discount which I had to point out was incorrectly worked our and the advisor was more interested in their commission however did eventually rectify this. When you're spending nearly £3000 you would expect more unfortunately you just can't get the staff customer service is not all there

Excellent service, delivery and product.

The dreams shop assistant was excellent and guided us to the right choice of mattress and accessories. The subsequent delivery was on time and the mattress in place in short order. All in all a very positive experience.

The assistant Chris was very helpful and immediately attended to me upon entry to the store.
Chris had a broad knowledge of the products and was extremely professional and also personable.
It would have been nice to find my exact requirements within store but unfortunately I had to compromise on the lengthy list of must-haves.
However, I did find something very close and also am very pleased for the options of the bed legs, which will compliment my existing decor.
Chris is an asset to the team. Thanks Chris.

Great customer service In-store. The assistant as professional and efficient - he made sure i found the perfect mattress within my price range, that support my back issues. I was kept updated on the delivery date and time and when the delivery took place, it was seamless. I'm a very happy customer.
