Andy Bashford from the dreams merry hill store was a dream (pardon the pun) he assisted us so much with the purchase of our mattress nothing was too much trouble and the whole process was great!

It was an early delivery but I was ready. The delivery guys were great and the whole experience took only 10 minutes.

Excellent service from Andrew at the Brierley Hill store, he really understood the problems we were having with our previous mattress and after using the sleep match technology we were able to find our perfect mattress .The difference it's made to our sleep is incredible and I no longer suffer from dreadful pain in my back and hips .If only we had gone here 2 years ago !

Andy at Dreams talked us through which mattress would be good for us and had expert knowledge of all the types of mattresses. We were able to test the various mattresses which were the most compatible for us and what we were looking for. The communication following the purchase was good and the guys who delivered the mattress were on time, friendly and efficient. Very good service from Dreams from start to end.

Brilliant service from start to finish

I bought a Brixham mattress in September. It is so comfortable if you like a firm mattress. Really pleased. The mattress was delivered in 3 days and old mattress removed

I am so pleased with my new bed from dreams. The service in the shop was so fantastic it is enough to make me recommend it 100% to anyone! The staff (Andrew) couldn’t be more helpful and were really kind helping me find the right bed for me at the right price. The delivery team were quick and efficient and the bed base and mattress is just fabulous it’s so comfortable I love it! I would definitely shop here again but I want to keep this bed forever now because it’s so comfortable!

The person who took my initial enquiry at the store as I ordered on the phone was amazing and so helpful and listened to what I needed and made the experience throughout a good one and the men who delivered also helpful,respectful and this would make me order from yourselves again as quality of products also

Great experience from day went to store and was put at ease and helped to find right mattress for my needs. The advice and help without being pushy was great as there was so much choice I would have been lost on my own. Also once purchased mattress I was kept informed about the delivery and the mattress was delivered when said they would. They also took old mattress away. All combined the service was seamless and took the stress out of getting new a mattress.

I found my experience when buying my mattress at your Merry Hill branch easier than I expected with your extremely knowledgeable and pleasant staff especially the young lady who seemed to know how to treat an older buyer. I believe that 5 stars would be appropriate.

The salesperson in the store was nice, he spent a long time with me before we chose the right mattress.
The delivery was at the agreed time, they sent emails and called on time. There was a small problem with the removal of the old mattress and topper, but the delivery people spoke to the manager and it was resolved.

Absolutely first-class service from Hardeep at Dreams, Brierley Hill. Having just moved house, I took my three boys bed shopping so as one can appreciate it was not something I was looking forward to! Hardeep came over and asked if I would like any guidance. He was friendly and there was no hard sell - just somebody genuinely wanting to help. He was brilliant with my boys and offered us a drink whilst we looked around and ordered. He really listened and made the whole experience enjoyable! Who knew bed shopping could be fun! I will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend him - he is a real credit.
