When deciding on a new bed I visited a few places. The staff at Dreams were really helpful even knowing I was just looking. That was why I went back, I found them really helpful ,explaining all details & some I maybe wouldnt have thought to ask. Once my decision was made, delivery was sorted to suit , delivery guys were spot on, most impressed from start to finish.

A cheerful occassion
Really comfortable and friendly welcome. Staff were attentive, despite busy time.They were knowledgable and helpful, without being "pushy", explaining the several options and choices. Items were attractively displayed, and customers put at ease. One couldn't ask more. We were served by Jen, a most charming young lady.

Fantastic service
From the moment we walked in we were made welcome nothing was to much trouble. This is our second Tempur mattress and the sales team still encouraged us to use the sleep pro it proved that the salesman who advised us the last time was correct so we bought another one for our other bedroom. The delivery team were excellent even wore those booty covers had the bed assembled in minutes and took all the packaging away.

I felt listened too and had a good experience in Dreams
Reiss and Jennifer at the Brislington branch (I visited twice) were great... they listened to what I wanted and gave me all the information I needed, and more (such as the informative video on the interactive bed which was brilliant!)
I came away very happy with a good deal on a mattress that I hadn't thought I could have afforded, i.e. a Manager's Special on a Customers' Return of a very high quality mattress and free topper... a very satisfied customer! Thank you Dreams!

Great service from start to finish
We were served by Jen, who was absolutely fantastic. She listened to what we wanted, suggested the we have our sleep positions monitored, and went through the options selected for us. She explained the difference between the options, the mattress make up & pros and cons. There was no 'hard sell' so we didn't feel at all pressured to make an immediate decision.
We were kept informed about our delivery date and options to change it if needed, and also the day before with our 2 hour time slot. The delivery drivers messaged on the morning of the delivery saying the time they'd be arriving. They turned up at the time stated, and they also were friendly and helpful.
Perfect service from start to finish, with an excellent level of communication.
