From the moment we entered the store to leaving it we felt valued, listened too and that we had received a good honest deal. Customer service has gone down hill in many different industries but not at Dreams. The sale assistant, Jennifer was great, (not pushy) bubbly, friendly and knew her stuff. Got us to try the sleep match system, which confirmed our view on the mattress we were looking to purchase. However Jennifer suggested we try others as a way of process of elimination just to be sure we were purchasing the right mattress for us. I enquired about ordering online instead of directly through the shop and asked if there were any discounts or price matches they could offer if we ordered via the store and I was pleased to say we received a large discount and extras (pillows, quit etc) while also helping to support keep a very good high street store open. The whole experience has been refreshing from what we have become a customed to in the UK with customer service. A lot of other high street stores could take a leaf out of Dreams book.

Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in store. Easy to order and arrange delivery. Had to contact customer service to arrange mattress recycling rather than being able to add it to the order online after ordering. Smooth and careful delivery on time as arranged.
One suggestion for the ottoman bed assembly instructions: the lowering of the frame only works AFTER the mattress is on the bed but the instructions don't say or show this, which means it is easy to get the bed stuck in the open position

Steven in dreams Brislington shop is so amazing guy and very helpfull i like nice bed and come as aspect and the team building my bed they are very good and professional and I can't ask for more, and I'm happy with service and my item .deserve credit this people for what they doing.

Friendly staff and great customer service and great price

Went to the Bristol store and was helped by 'Dan'. He kept the shop open after hours for us and was very helpful in showing us around. We didn't purchase a bed from the store in the end but the service was excellent.

When deciding on a new bed I visited a few places. The staff at Dreams were really helpful even knowing I was just looking. That was why I went back, I found them really helpful ,explaining all details & some I maybe wouldnt have thought to ask. Once my decision was made, delivery was sorted to suit , delivery guys were spot on, most impressed from start to finish.

Back in September I bought two single beds. I went back in last Sunday to buy pillows and quilts. Jennifer was very attentive and professional and gave me advice on all your products. I think she is an asset to the Brislington Store. Anne Williams
