Highly recommend the store in Croydon. Diane was brilliant and helpful in helping us choose the right mattress. She gave us time to decide and we even were offered a coffee!

Great, salesman, not pushy at all, well informed and friendly. The delivery guys were also great, set the bed up, quickly and took all the rubbish, great experience.

Delivery was on time the delivery men were so helpful and had respect for my home by wearing protective footwear and so pleased with my new bed

Can't recommend enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good customer service. The mattress itself is a beast, built like a tank, but very comfy. Would definitely buy again.

The order for a new mattress went through without any issues. I was given regular updates and reminders prior to delivery. Delivery was on my requested day and time slot. The delivery guys, Walter and Waqar were friendly and efficient, installing the new mattress and removing the old one. I can't pick a fault with any part of the process. And I love my new Pro Air Plus Smartcool mattress.

Mattress arrived on time on the day that it was arranged for,I am finding it very comfortable and my sleeping is good and I feel rested when I get up in the morning.

I’d give no stars is possible.
The mattress I purchased I’ve had 2 inspections on it, even though has sagged slightly not enough to warrant a new mattress
I feel I was also miss sold the mattress in the first place
I was told a sprung mattress, with a topper as would last longer.
Due to mobility issues it’s impossible for me to turn the mattress over regularly.
I was advised to buy another mattress topper by 2nd inspection man.
Which made things worse for my hip and back pain and £50 worst off.
When I call about buying a new frame
I was told “the frame makes no difference to the mattress”
Also delivered would be 3 WEEKS seriously
After spending 2 weeks researching about beds for back and hip pain
I called Mattressnextday.co.uk to be told exactly what I had researched bed frame does make a difference and my mattress will
Be delivered tomorrow
The lack knowledge by dreams staff is horrendous
I’ve been in pain for 4 years I feel a good nights sleep goes a long way
Never again would I buy anything from them again and would never recommend either
