Excellent range of mattresses
Excellent range of mattresses. Given time to choose. Felt there was a little extra sales emphasis on Tempur mattresses. We choose however a traditional pocket sprung mattress which we are very happy with. Sales assistant very helpful and delivery well communicated and effecient.

Cannot believe the mattress I bought to…
Cannot believe the mattress I bought to replace the one that was faulty,,it has got a fault on it,,really dreams should have replaced the complete bed as the mattress for the bed was not available anymore,,but we had to buy one ,,so not happy with this company. Also the mattress smelt musty .

When the carpet warehouse had closed down - Dreams stepped in
Considering we had gone to the out of town shopping park to look at carpets only to find the carpet centre boarded up and we ended up buying a new mattress from the nearby Dreams store says a lot.
Sometimes we need to be sold a product and the staff at Dreams can do this. As shopping experiences go this was a positive one

Excellent service in store and…
Excellent service in store and excellent delivery men. I used the machine that tells you which bed to try and I did buy the one suggested. Friendly helpful service and I was not rushed into making the wrong choice.
Sleeping much better now (hope it lasts)

Visit to Eastbourne store
We visited the Eastbourne store and were seen by Kerry. My wife is disabled and on a mobility scooter but Kerry was a credit to the company and could not do enough to help. In the end we chose a new bed with Kerry’s help as she ran through all the attributes of those available. We were very impressed and happy with how she treated us.

Great crew & service
Honestly, I could not fault the staff for their professionalism coupled with friendliness specially Kate at the Hampden Park, Eastbourne branch. Delivery was on time and the boys delivered what I paid for. Great job everyone.
