Everything went very well. Delivery, setting everything up, politeness of staff.

I purchased a new mattress and it arrived with no issues. I requested for the old mattress to be removed at an additional charge. This was a smooth process and I was very happy with no dramas or issues.
I've purchased beds before from this company and never experience any problems. Delivery was well informed and the delivery people kept in contact with me about the drop off.

From beginning to end the sales staff and the delivery team were all excellent and professional. The communication was very good between our purchase and our delivery date. Everything that was said was done. The product we purchased is everything we wanted and expected.

Great product, GREAT service (bless you Ash, at Straiton). Plenty of time given to consider and change yr minds about what you order (we did, before the delivery) — and (though very happy with the bed we got), we loved that there was a generous time also allowed for changing your mind *after* using it.
Oh and the installation was great too — SO quick and competent, and he didn't leave till he'd thoroughly checked we could raise the bed safely (a hinged one). Lovely guy.

Excellent they did what they said they would

Popped in today to look around and kill time while the wife was at the vets with the cats. Guy welcomed me to the store, I said I was killing time and he offered me to leave out the rear of the building when I left. I said no thanks I'll use the front door and he said well in future remember our footfall is recorded and it effects our bonus so remember this in future. Quite funny, although he was incredibly serious about it, never felt so unwelcome in a store! As I had a six month old baby in a buggy, leaving where deliveries are made is surely a health and safety issue also.

Great customer service, which was customer-centred. We are over the moon with our mattress and pillows.

I recently visited Dreams in search of a new bed, and I had a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. Ashley (Ash), the gentleman who assisted me, was absolutely fantastic. He took his time to walk me around the store, explaining the different options available and answering all of my questions with patience and professionalism.

Ash was incredibly informative, clearly knowledgeable about the products, and made the whole process feel relaxed and unrushed. I appreciated his genuine approach there was no pushy sales talk, just honest guidance to help me find the right bed for my needs.

Overall, I had a very good experience shopping at Dreams. Thanks to Ashley’s help, I felt confident in my decision and left the store feeling well looked after. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a mattress that was too small, Absolutely no problem getting a replacement and fast.

Paula from Dreams gave us such a wonderful customer experience. She was very welcoming, took her time to explain everything well and gave us plenty of options for mattresses to meet our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her product knowledge is fantastic. We are delighted with our new mattress. Paula deserves a special mention for her outstanding customer service.

Knowledgeable staff without pressuring for a sale. Once the mattress arrives I’ll be able to say if the sleepmatch worked.
