Great service and information in store. Great customer service online as we had to change delivery a couple of times due to house move. The lads that delivered done a great job putting the bed together. Great comfy bed

The bed arrived on the expected date. Communication was clear and we knew the time slot. Jake and Paul assembled the bed quickly, professionally and efficiently. Thank you. The bed is very comfortable. Exactly what we wanted.

Paul who looked after us was awesome. He helped us to select the right Mattress and Pillows and we could of asked for anything more the service was great, no pressure and to top it off it was delivered the following week ! Thank you !

Very pleased with pur new Dreams bed and mattress.
From ordering to delivery we were kept informed every step of the way with text and emails.
The delivery team contacted us giving time of arrival and when they arrived were courteous and respectful of our propertu. Highly recommended

Really disappointed that my final…
Really disappointed that my final payment of £900+ was taken on Wednesday for delivery next week, only to get a phone call a day later to say half my order can’t be delivered (bed frame) and will be a few weeks before delivery.

Excellent customer service from start…
Excellent customer service from start to finish, all the members of staff couldn't have done anymore. Everyone was friendly, helpful and very attentive but without being pushy. Couldn't have asked for anymore.

Chose a fabulous new zip n link super king Mattress after great service, using their mattress selection machine & great customer service from Paul. Delivered on due date, no drama. Delivery team very professional & installed effortlessly. We chose a Flaxby Firm mattress…AMAZING! 😁

I went here with my parents to replace…
I went here with my parents to replace a rather ancient mattress, we were immediately greeted by a member of staff who listened to what we wanted and showed us thier options, within half an hour we had found the mattress that met my parents needs and budget. We went for one of their returned and refurbished mattresses.

Good with order, shame about the delivery
Placing the order with Joe in Exeter was smooth, the delivery guys were efficient and polite. The disappointing thing was the so called free pillows valued at £80 and the mattress protector didn’t arrive until days after the bed did. When we chased them up we were told they couldn’t use the store supplies and we would have to wait. When they did arrive they have caused neck ache ever since. The mattress protector has a plastic side and crunches when you move in bed.
