Was disappointed that before delivery one of your staff called me asking for the balance in full before delivery
He had not checked that we had arranged finance so did not need to call
We had just had a brand new carpet installed before bed delivery
It is VVV important for us that no outside shoes come inside
So it is VVV important that installers remove shoes at the doorstep and OR wear overshoes
It is not acceptable to then walk outside to the van and come inside with the same overahoes or socks

Staff were very helpful, and not pushy . we felt at ease and ordered a ottoman divan bed.
The divan is good quality, ordered assembly too delivery driver team were friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend dream's to family And friends. Will use dreams again in the future.

Mike, who served me at my local Dreams shop was brilliant. He explained that I needed to lie on a special mattress that showed which would be best for me. After trying out 3 mattresses I chose the one I found very comfortable. Not looked back since!

From the moment I set foot in the Harlow shop to the delivery of my new mattress the service has been outstanding. Thanks to Mike in Harlow for his guidance and advice and thanks to the delivery men Terence and his mate for the swift removal of old mattress to the setting up of new mattress. As for the actual mattress I am so pleased with it and so comfortable from the very first night and look forward to going to bed every night now, Although quite a lot of money well worth it

Great customer service in store, knowledgeable staff. The mattress was delivered easily and quickly, with no hassle and the old mattress was removed to be recycled with no problem at all. Delivery guys were very pleasant, even took their shoes off to come inside, and they explained about the recycling process when asked. Thank you Dreams for a very positive experience.

The lady in the store Jess, was so helpful and her colleagues were all very friendly, all had offered assistance and beverages during my 2nd visit there. The 2 gentleman that delivered the beds were presentable and efficient. The whole experience has restored my faith in customer service.
