AMAZING!!! They were respectful of the property and our circumstances
They wore special protections over their shoes so as not too dirty our carpet. Didn’t need to be asked either

Fantastic range of products, and great staff
Fantastic range of products, knowledgable and friendly staff who give great customer service, lovely size of store with wide open spaces. It’s a brilliant shop for beds, mattresses and bedding.

Mattress is great
Mattress is great. I needed an extra firm mattress and this is perfect. Has memory foam top which is great as it’s soft for my hips
Would highly recommend this mattress and the Dreams company too. They checked how I slept and where I needed support and directed me to the right mattress for my needs. First class service. Sales person was very helpful and also gave a first class service.

Bed is exactly as expected and was easy…
Bed is exactly as expected and was easy to put together. Delivery guys were great. The only thing that’s disappointing is the fabric is all hanging down when you open the drawers in the divan - it looks like it should be stapled up inside but it’s not. For how much you pay I was expecting a better finish tbh but overall the bed & mattress are nice.

Mattress protector should be supplied with a mattress purchased a new mattress knowing…
We purchased a new mattress knowing that if it isn't quite right they would sort it out. But, unknowingly the delivery driver TOLD us this is only if it had a mattress protector on it. You would have thought they would have supplied this at only £9.00
Just to be on the safe side we had to go to supermarket and purchase one. A week on and we haven't had any issues. Lovely mattress.
