We like the bed.The man who served us was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
But the day before delivery we were told our old bed had to be brought downstairs and the mattress bagged and sealed. As a couple of pensioners we had to enlist friends and family to help us. Had we known this wef might have gone elsewhere.
However the men who came were brilliant a d very helpful indeed.

Great service

Amit and Emma were both exceptional, perfect manners, extremely polite and friendly but not pushy. We visited Furniture Land who were extremely rude and sent us back to Dreams as our budget wasn't high enough for them!! Amit and Emma were very helpful and professional, I would highly recommend them.

2nd bed in around 20 years. Love the comfort and luxury feel.

Impressive customer service within the store. Sales staff were very knowledgeable about the products. All staff very personable. The delivery team contacted us early in the day, as promised. Both delivery guys were friendly, respectful and professional. It is the first time we have used Dreams, we would definitely return. Highly recommend.

Dan at Dreams Hull was excellent. From the moment we entered to receiving our mattress the whole experience was first class. We laid on the sleep machine bed which recommended 4 mattresses for us and eventually settled on a sleepeezee Kennington. Wow, what a choice after Dan explained about each mattress. His expertise was invaluable. We arranged delivery and everything was carefully handled by Dreams. The delivery team called me to confirm delivery after a number of email messages and they were also great taking away our old mattress and replacing with the new mattress. All in all a great experience which I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan and Dreams Hull. Thank you.

All arrangemements worked as planned. Some adjustment of delivery time but kept us informed via text.

The service in the store and the delivery could not have been any better

we went in to buy a mattress for our bed, but ended up buying a full bed for the spare room. From entering the showroom the experience was great. Dan who helped us with our purchase and made us coffee was so friendly but not pushy like some sales assistants. When the delivery arrived the team were polite and got on with the job, they worn shoe protectors which was a surprise to me. They gave me info on looking after the mattress so we got the best out of it. I was so impressed that the day after our delivery I rang the shop and ordered a mattress for our bed.
I can totally recommend the Hull store. The staff are great? the prices are very good and the quality is the best

From the start to the delivery was great, we when to the showroom the help we got was excellent the staff were very helpful. We were not jump on just a friendly good morning and if we can help just ask, which was great. Having looked around we were asked if we had found what we were looking for and the offer of trying the sleepmatch which was explained to us with great easy, having try that we were shown a number of mattress each one was explained to us which was a great help to us. The member of staff asked if we would like a drink while we looked around on our own their was no pressure which was great.
Once we had chosen the mattress that we liked the whole purchase was explained to us, we chose a delivery time to suit us which was great. The delivery was great the team did a great job.
Overall we are very pleased with our new mattress, both of us are getting a better night's sleep!

The staff at Dreams both in the shop and delivery were polite and helpful. Everything went smoothly and to suit my needs and now I have a lovely, comfy and snuggly mattress.

Amazing customer services by the staff Amit and Emma, from the moment we walked in, they were both incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to listen to our needs and helping us choose the perfect beds and mattress for our home. Their knowledge and guidance made the whole process so much easier, and we really appreciated how patient and helpful they were throughout. Went to the Hull branch where a very helpful guy, Dave, talked us through our options for our purchase. We went back several weeks later and he remembered us and brought up our previous requirements. Beds ordered, but due to a house move we had to amend the delivery a couple of times...absolutely no problems and the two delivery/assembly guys were really good and professional. Good jod guys

Paid for erecting the sofa bed, very friendly efficient service, took all the packaging away well worth having this service.

Super fast delivery, it was earlier than expected which was great, easy to assemble, free pillows and really comfortable and stylish bed...more than happy! Zzzzzzzzzzz

The. Girl was very helpfull and she gave us discount thought the bed was pricy and i thought we should jave had free delivery and installment included without paying extra with paying so much money

I recommend it with all my heart, the service is amazing, for the first time in my life, Dave approached me, an amazing seller, he explained everything step by step without any stress, and while drinking delicious coffee, everything was taken care of in 10 minutes, the seller deserves a 6+ rating
