Great customer service, excellent mattress

Salesman in the Store was very good, patient, very knowledgeable about his stock, kept track of which beds we had tried and aware of our budget.
Delivery guys were great, arrived on time, good communication from them about delivery timescale
Clean, tidy and respectful.

Extremely helpful, professional and friendly.

We bought the bed with useful advice from staff in the shop. Delivery was very straightforward; we had ample notice of their arrival with a call 15 minutes before they were due to arrive. They built the bed quickly and put it all in place. The bed is amazing - it stores so much.

Overall Dreams experience was very good.

They had a machine that analysed your sleep position and what kind of mattress firmness your body is compatible with. Then, using the machine's data, the Dreams' employee was able to recommend which in-store mattresses were suitable for me.

The deliver took a week, as I was based in Dornoch, but had no issues when the mattress and bed base were delivered.

The actual mattress was very comfortable and I was able to sleep very well from then on. Would recommend.

Cerys approached us as we walked round the Inverness store she was friendly polite and very knowledgeable about the different beds and mattresses . She was very patient while I tried to decide which mattress was best for me . She is a credit to the Inverness store , Thanks also to Tracy for her help very much appreciated

Best mattress I ever had , getting a good night sleep but most important it helps with the pain in my leg , I can relax .

The sales person was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and he helped us find the perfect bed frame and mattress that would arrive in the short time frame. Fantastic service. The 2 delivery guys were friendly and respectful of my property. The bed was easy to assemble and the mattress is very comfy. No issues at all.

Fantastic experience with Donny at the Inverness branch. He was very patient, thorough, polite and beyond helpful. We ended up visiting the branch a few times to make our decision, a lot of testing and in the end we are happy we went with Dreams. Everything from the sale, to payment arrangements and to delivery and build of the bed was seamless. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of product and service.

Having good nights sleep on comfy mattress. Didn’t take long to get accustomed to 4ft width. Good choice

I was made to feel very welcome, delt with immediately. Not sure of the woman's name, but she was covering from an Aberdeen store. She was amazing.

Experience was ok, but mattress turned out to be nothing special after using for some time.

Staff were condescending and rude and seemed to want us to just leave before they'd even spoken to us, obviously decided we weren't really looking, safe to say we will be buying our mattress we need from somewhere that actually wants our business. Also don't think it's appropriate for staff to laugh at customers in front of them.

My purchase of a second bed was great. Tracy at Inverness Branch was very knowledgeable and helpful. The bed arrived on time with good communication beforehand. The bed fitters were friendly and efficient. Many reasons for why I give five stars.
