Great service and quality beds

The whole experience was ruined by being told that there would be an additional charge of £69.00 to move the mattress to a bedroom down 30 foot hall how totally absurd!!!!!

We visited the Inverness store in our hunt for a new bed and, despite our toddler taking the opportunity to run around like mad, none of the staff members made us feel bad for this!
We were greeted instantly and were left to have a look around initially. After five to ten minutes, Lexi approached us and enquired to what we were specifically looking for. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the different products and their unique selling points. She invited us to try their sleep assessment, which we did and she played with our little boy whilst we took part.
When we found a bed and mattress that we liked, we enquired as to the colours it comes in and Lexi showed me the variants available online. She talked me over the order process and looked into delivery for us too.
Unfortunately we are not local and couldn't put the sale through that day, since we had to discuss our options (and measure our room back home), but we have since made the order online and its all down to Lexi's help.
Unfortunately, we changed on our mind on one part of the order but when I reached out to the live chat team online, I was assisted with it via chat.
Although we haven't received our order yet, the only thing I can fault is that when we changed our order (via live chat) I was sent an updated order confirmation which was still not quite right. It was amended instantly, but I'm glad I noticed it and just have everything crossed that we're happy with our order when it arrives.

deli ered on time , very helpfull respectfull of property, having a restful sleep night after night, would recommend this mattress and the pillows don't wake up with sore bones anymore most enjoyable rest .

From entering the Dreams store, we received both discretion while we browsed vast selection of beds, then sampled the electronic tester bed to narrow down our needs, and then received professional and expert advice to enable us to make our final choice.
The order process went very smoothly, and when we had to change our delivery date, there was no problem. The staff were so pleasant and helpful during the total two hours in the store.

The staff were friendly but professional and efficient. Answered our questions and looked up specific queries that we had. There was no pressure when viewing the mattresses and bed frames. We dealt with Donny who was excellent but the staff were helpful. The mattress and bed frame were delivered on the date arranged and the quality is excellent.

Dreams team in store were helpful and took time to deal with my queries. Delivery and assembly team also great.
The bed ordered is for a second bedroom. A friend has just spent a night and said it was a really comfortable bed.

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff in the showroom - made it less painful to part with a chunk of money.
Quite a long wait for delivery but the guys that delivered were efficient and polite.

Most unimpressed. £2000 for a mattress that is not like I expected.

The Lady who greeted me in dreams Inverness, (I think Kely was her name) greeted me and my parents in a warm welcoming and professional way. She took time to listen to our needs and reasons for a new mattress and time in helping us select the right mattress. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and in her customer service. A huge thank you to her and the rest of the Dreams team in Inverness.

We brought the memory foam mattress in December and it is super comfortable and supportive. It took a few weeks for the mattress to soften a little with use but I highly recommend this mattress it is well worth the money.

Chris and Sean gave a fantastic service. They were both very friendly and were extremely careful when moving furniture around my new house. They were very efficient and built my new bed very well.

The salesperson was super helpful and friendly. With her help, we were quickly able to select a mattress and place the order. Delivery options were great - we were able to find a time that fitted around our working hours. The mattress was delivered on time and with care and it’s super comfortable. This is the second mattress we’ve purchased from Dreams and we’ll definitely purchase again when needed.
