Dreams was simply a dream experience. We were barely in the store a minute when an assistant asked if she could help, established HOW she could help and then asked if we would like a coffee before moving on with our requirements.

Wide variety of mattresses to try
The assistant took time to let us try out several types of mattresses in the showroom before making our choice. The new mattress was delivered and the old one removed efficiently. Very comfortable - supportive. The only down side is the fairly powerful smell which is still persisting nearly 2 weeks later. Hopefully it will fade soon.

Cracking bed bought from dreams.
Saleswoman was knowledgeable and very helpful with any questions.
Bed arrived on schedule and was built within an hour or so. Opted for an ottoman base which you can store a lot more in than a double drawer divan. Base of Ottoman is solid compared to others I’ve seen in other peoples houses. Built to last which is exactly what we wanted.
