A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER
I found being able to view the item - a divan base -which I wished to purchase was very helpful. It meant that although I had originally intended to buy a light grey base having seen the dark grey in store I changed my mind. The sales man whom I dealt with was extremely helpful and explained exactly how things would proceed and setup the delivery date for me.
The delivery service was also great with everything happening as advised and the delivery men being extremely helpful.
Best of all I absolutely love my new divan base. Many thanks Dreams for a smooth enjoyable experience.

Very pleased with the showroom in Edinburgh. the staff were very helpful and there was no pressure to buy. My mattress is wonderful, so comfortable and the delivery went very smoothly. Happy to recommend Dreams.

Lead time from ordering was too long to give 5 stars - waited 6 weeks for delivery. Anything mire than 4 weeks seems unreasonable to me

Very easy process from purchase to delivery.
The instore staff were very friendly and helpful ensuring our purchase suited our needs. The delivery team was also very friendly and efficient removing the old bed and mattress and assembling the new bed.

Disgrace
Horrible experience took my money for an ex display mattress said I could collect when I needed. 1 week later no I wasn’t allowed to take it as they had no replacement been 3 weeks now sleeping on the floor. Woukd not recommend or use ever again

The bed is exactly what we wanted
