Dreams Beds Service & Product Review.
I recently purchased a double ottoman bed frame and mattress. I browsed the store twice before deciding which bed and mattress was best for me. On both occasions, different members of staff guided me through the options available, and were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The delivery went as planned, with good communication and confirmation of that in advance of the delivery date. The delivery men constructed the bed as planned. This was done so efficiently and they took all packaging away. Even put shoe covers on when in the house. Many thanks to all for a great service, and a lovely product.

Non existent customer service!!! Shocking.
Bought a bed, faulty on arrival, tried to ‘chat’ online, called company several times and emailed several times. Could not speak to a customer service agent, was told I’d get a callback. Still waiting.
The faulty parts were eventually sent but the customer services were shocking, and in fact, non existent. I won’t buy from Dreams again!

Every part of the service I received from Dreams was exactly that, a dream.. from the shop staff who were knowledgeable, polite, and offered a wonderful and friendly service helping me to choose the perfect bed for me.
The booking was made for the bed to be delivered and constructed in my caravan.. it arrived exactly as promised, on time and without a fuss.
The two young men who delivered and constructed the bed were super efficient and lovely, the bed was constructed in no time at all and they took away every last scrap of packing leaving me with a wonderful new bed.
Thanking every member of the Dreams team for a wonderful experience, five stars 🌟 to you all.

From Start to finish a good experience. Staff member was really helpful and tried the computer bed to give us the style of mattress we were looking for.
Good choice, good price and delivered to the room the mattress was going to be used in.
