Great customer service, great delivery timing, great product

I was in the last year miss sold a Tempur mattress by a Dreams ‘expert’. For anyone buying a Tempur mattress I would not recommend the mattress or Dreams. They are just a vastly over priced foam mattress. I bought one 11 months ago and after 6 months has caused me extreme back and joint pain to the point that I can’t use it. It was recommended to me by their ‘sleep expert’. I said at the time I didn’t want a foam mattress and was told the mattress was not foam, it was a substance developed by NASA to ensure an avoidance of muscle pain. I understood it to be made of gel. I was also told it didn’t need to be turned or rotated, another selling point for me due to my age and living alone but turns out it does and it is extremely heavy. I was also told it had a 15 year guarantee but it turns out the guarantee is worthless and unless the mattress dips by 2 cms they will not provide a new one. Mine has dipped by 1cm in less than 12 months with only me sleeping on it and I am not heavy. I can no longer sleep on it because of the pain it causes so it is now not going to dip below 2cms. The whole experience has been a nightmare with the lack of sleep causing havoc with my health. My 9 year old sofa bed is more comfortable than this mattress.

Great service from Dreams, sales person very pleaseant and helpful, guided me to get the best deal for the mattress I wanted. Delivered on schedule and politely by the delivery men. They even put covers over their shoes and asked if I wanted the mattress taken to another room.

Delivery was very punctual and the lads were very pleasant, efficient and helpful.

My Dream Bed
From choosing my bed to the delivery, which was the date I was given, to the installing my new bed was actually a Dream!! The staff were all so helpful and the two men who delivered and set it up were very polite and pleasant. No complaints at all.

Really helpful , non pushy sales assistant who listened to my needs and advised appropriately. Shown a number of different mattresses of varying price. Chose a great mattress at a good price in the sale. Delivery was faultless , great communication and delivered at the time we agreed. 2 weeks in and I’m loving my mattress soooooo comfy ! I highly recommend Dreams Inverness!
