Good service in store, quick delivery date, with good communication in advance regarding delivery time slot. Delivered promptly by helpful guys who put it in the requested bedroom & explained how to set the bed up. Very happy with purchased item.

I had the particular product in mind. They showed me this and similar beds and spent a good bit of time explaining and going through options the only disappointment was I had to wait nearly a month for delivery although they had item in stock

Isabella was fantastic, such a lovely girl, funny and warm, she helped us choose the right bed without any pressure to buy. The manager (didn’t catch her name but very charismatic lady!) was fab too, a great team which made sure we had the best deal and all really helpful. Fantastic with our little boy too, providing much needed entertainment for him while we looked at beds!! All in all, a wonderful experience, thank you!! :

Excellent customer service and first class bed
From the excellent on time and efficient delivery process to receiving and subsequent build of my new bed, I’m very happy and completely satisfied with all aspects of customer service I received from Dreams (Inverness).
The bed itself is a Wilson Ottoman double bed which was straight forward to assemble, well manufactured and looks good.

We got a phone call on the day to advise on delivery time , and they arrived within 5 minutes of the time arranged. The guys were very pleasant , they built our order and tidied up and removed all packaging .

Plesant experience
Assistant was informative polite and not pushy. Could take as long as needed to select what I wanted. Good range of beds and mattresses with rsnge of prices to suit modt people.

Very helpful Donnie helped me to pick out a good matress within my price range (cheap!) and it is very comfortable!
The delivery was really good, they carried it in and took the plastic away with them, and called me 30mins before arrival to make sure I was in.
