Second time customer, second time no problems
Previous experience said it was worth going back again. I wasn't disappointed. Staff were friendly and professional. Happy to explain differences in the products. No hard sell of anything. Thank you again.

New bed, mattress and headboard
Don’t know where the Unhappy Customer Title came from, but couldn’t get in the correct it.
We are a delighted customer.
We bought bed, mattress and headboard from the Inverness Store.
The assistant was very helpful from start to completion. She obviously new her job.
We only went into the shop to look.

Excellent Sales assistance from Alex
From entering the shop and the excellent service i received from Alex, he spent time with me showing what options I had and never put any pressure to buy. I left and returned the next day prior to making a purchase. The delivery crew were very professional and instilled confidence and finally the bed and mattress itself is second to none. Very pleased

Best sleep ever, lovely quality mattress
From the selecting of our new mattress, the delivery and the "best sleep in a long time". I would say our experience has been excellent. The sales man was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have recently had spinal surgery, for the last year I have had real trouble sleeping - not able to get comfortable in bed, but since we received our new mattress it has been bliss
