Amazing experience - Highly Recommend
The Staff at the Ipswich store made our whole experience enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend visiting the store, using the sleep match service and listening to the advice the extremely knowledgable staff give.

Wow what a great help in the shop and what a great bed, thank you for understanding my sleep problem and creating a bed for me.

Decent sales person and delivery crew
Decent sales,person and delivery driver for the goods. Had previously been promised 25% off the blanket box price given we’d bought the bed frame and an expensive sealy mattress but the Ipswich shop manager would not allow it for some reason.

Lovely, helpful staff in store. Easy ordering process. Delivered on day requested. Delivery men were very friendly and helpful, put the bed together as expected and explained how to contact customer services with any problems. The bed is beautiful.

The Tempur Elite Cool Touch mattress is…
The Tempur Elite Cool Touch mattress is very comfortable but not sure how cool . After using the correct mattress protector then the fitted sheet on a few nights where it was quite warm I was not aware of feeling cooler.
My one real critics though is that although being told it was a “No turn “ mattress when the delivery team assembled the new frame and placed mattress I was informed that I needed to rotate the mattress weekly for the first 6 weeks. My husband & I both had shoulder problems after attempting this as there are no handles and the mattress is extremely heavy! I rang the local store for advice & was told that it was not necessary to do that! Which is correct?

Amazing service!
Amazing service!! although the mattress was not in the store, I was shown a similar mattress to the one I went on to purchase online. The staff were very friendly. I would also like to praise the two guys who delivered the mattress to my house today, very professional, friendly and helpful!!

Faultless product and delivery
I ordered a mattress from Dreams and am very impressed with my purchase. The mattress is of great quality and amazing value for money. Placing the order and paying for it online was very easy and quick. Delivery options were very good and I could easily choose a day which was convenient for me to fit into my working hours. The delivery guys were very friendly, professional and respectful. Highly recommend.
