Kirkcaldy Dreams store is a wonderful store to go into and the staff is really knowledgeable. Clare was very attentive and listened to us. Not only did we find the perfect mattress but perfect pillows, mattress cover and even bought a king-size air mattress that has already came in handy. Thank you Dreams

Great service
Great service by Sean. Listened to what we were looking for and didn’t pressure us to buy but allowed us to try out every mattress we needed to, some twice. Overall a very good buying experience.
Have had the new matress for over 2 weeks and every night had a great sleep.
2nd time I have bought a bed or mattress from Dreams and I would certainly buy my future beds from Dreams.

Excellent quality and service.
Recently bought a divan bed base. Very happy with my purchase, excellent quality. Delivered in 3 days as arranged. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. Staff in the shop were very helpful, professional and friendly. Will definitely return to Dreams for any future purchases. Highly recommend.

5 star service from purchase to delivery
The Dreams delivery drivers were amazing. As I'd bought an ottoman bed they asked which side I'd like it working from. I had paid for it to be built up.
They were polite & answered any questions I had.
They left the room as they found it
and cleared away all packaging.
Can not fault the service at all.
Well done Dreams. 5 star rating from purchase of bed, to it being delivered & built.

Excellent Service, Excellent Mattress
Excellent service and guidance on options from the sales assistant when buying a new mattress, which was delivered when they said it would be by helpful couriers who also took our old mattress away. Delighted with the mattress and the sales and delivery service.

Outstanding example of how a bed should be delivered
We were kept very well informed from the time that the crew collected the bed from the warehouse up until their arrival at our house.
The first thing that the crew of three did was put on overshoes. They were pleasant, efficient, and worked as a team. They assembled the bed and made sure that we were happy with their work. This was an example of how a delivery should be made.
