Customer service second to none . If only all businesses were like this

In terms of customer service, professionalism and courtesy you will no do any better than Aaron and Hamilton at the Kirkcaldy branch of Dreams.
From the initial arrival and contact Aaron was very helpful, listened to our needs and suggested the 3min computer analysis of our mattress needs.
Once we had decided on our choice of mattress the process of service, attention to detail and how Dreams can make the delivery experience fit our needs was outstanding!
Can’t thank both Aaron and especially Hamilton for a 1st class, professional experience
Highly recommend and will without a doubt are happy to recommend this branch if you are looking for outstanding service

Great company always ready to demonstrate product, and answer any questions

It was brilliant getting the new mattress, which was purchased this year, fine to start with but now having to replace it as its sunk in the middle causing lower back pain, done everything the man said. Not happy at all sorry to say.

** further update, new mattress received and old faulty one taken away. Brilliant service, thanks so much for this my faith has 1000% been restored **

**update, manager has called me back and replacement mattress has been ordered** will take a few weeks but cant fault the speedy response, thank heavens

If I could give a -5 I would. Bought an expensive mattress end of March 2024 so just over 18months ago. It was the knighton k mattress £1200.
Noticed this morning that it has burst apart right down the seam on the side. Not what I would expect from such an expensive purchase?? Surely this should last a lot longer than 18 months!!!!
Called customer service to be told oh, sorry its out of warranty, nothing we can do.
Rubbish... dont waste your money !!!

Nice and cosy. Nice and firm. No back pain still getting use to it. Solid sleeping waking up after a sound sleep, but shorter sleep time.

My new bed is perfect for my room and also didn’t take too long to build

Just bought my divan base from dreams was delivered promptly paid for driver to assemble and remove packaging which they did also place my mattress on top for me very polite courteous and professional would definitely recommend dreams kirkcaldy

Every member of staff (from Aaron in the Kirkcaldy showroom to Scott & Joe delivery team) were excellent. We were very impressed from start to finish.

Went to Dreams in Kirkcaldy Retail Park and was served by a lovely lady named Clare. She explained everything really well and talked us through everything that we had our eye on or any questions that we had. Very welcoming and hospitable for offering us some nice cold water on a hot day. Lovely experience, can't wait for the new bed :)

I went into Dream Kirkcaldy. The team were brilliant and knowledgeable.

I found the right bed and most importantly the right mattress. I have slept so well since my bed arrived!

The headboard and base was at a reduced price as an end of line stock sale. Unfortunately when delivered I noticed small noticeable damage on the headboard which I was able to repair and disguise.The delivery and assembly team were on time and professionally assembled the complicated mechanism.

The company kept me fully informed from beginning to end of the buying and delivery process. Delivery team were excellent - professional friendly and efficient - and arrived within the allotted time slot.
The beds are well made and very comfortable, the mattresses are thick and heavy. They are for the guest room and they have all found them very comfortable.
Beds were made in the local factory and I am delighted with this business which supports out economy. Well done to everyone at Dreams.
