Flawless experience buying my new bed…
Flawless experience buying my new bed from Dreams,from in store purchase,the guys were really helpful with recommendations and weren't pushy at all,online balance payment which was convenient for me and delivery where the guys were on time, courteous and well turned out.I was notified throughout with delivery time and what to expect on delivery day and provided with details if anything was unsatisfactory so all in all I'm a extremely happy customer, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dreams to anyone.

Great sales experience and good quality bed
I bought online but I'd been into the shop a few weeks before to browse. The salesperson was helpful and low-pressure, which encouraged me to later purchase online after exploring other options. Everything after that was super easy - user-friendly website, great communication about delivery, easy assembly instructions. Very happy with the quality of the bed and the whole sales experience.

Lovely
Loved the easy experience of purchasing my new bed. It was delivered up my narrow stairs by competent delivery drivers.
My bed is medium to soft memory foam and it's really comfortable. I would recommend Kirkcaldy Dreams Store.

Exceptional Experience From the the showroom to being…
From entering the showroom to being served the experience at Dream was second to none.
Price discussions and organising the delivery, set up of new bed and removal of my old one was simple and flawless to organise, I knew what to expect and ensure that everything for me would be hassle free.
Communication with myself by the store was great, not to over whelming just enough to keep me in the loop with my delivery date.
Once we got about 4 days from delivery. The delivery guys started messaging me with the details of how they would deliver and confirmed that they would be removing my old bed, delivering it to the room of my choice and fully assembling it ready for us to put our sheets, duvet and pillows on ready for a good nights sleep.
I didn’t need to sign anything as all of this was taken care of at the shop. I received a call the next day from the shop ensuring I was happy with the delivery process and that I had a good nights sleep on my new bed.
This service from start to finish was first class and I would recommend Dream Kirkcaldy to all my family and friends which I have already been doing.
Thanks to Hamilton for this excellent service at the shop and to the two delivery drivers for their service also.

My Dreams experience
From the minute I stepped into the Dreams store in Kirkcaldy the service was first class.
The gentleman who served me was so helpful in advising me on a suitable bed for me and arranging the delivery of my new bed on a day that was suitable to me .
The delivery team kept me informed about the time of delivery and assembled the bed as requested.
They were both very professional and explained everything I needed to know.
I am very happy with the bed.
A first class team from start to finish.

In terms of customer service, professionalism and courtesy you will no do any better than Aaron and Hamilton at the Kirkcaldy branch of Dreams.
From the initial arrival and contact Aaron was very helpful, listened to our needs and suggested the 3min computer analysis of our mattress needs.
Once we had decided on our choice of mattress the process of service, attention to detail and how Dreams can make the delivery experience fit our needs was outstanding!
Can’t thank both Aaron and especially Hamilton for a 1st class, professional experience
Highly recommend and will without a doubt are happy to recommend this branch if you are looking for outstanding service
