Great service
Really happy with our recent visit. Faz at the White City retail park store in Manchester helped us find the right mattress for us. This was my first time purchasing any mattress in store, my last mattress purchase was purely online (not from dreams), and it has been the cause of many uncomfortable nights sleep.
Because of this I was hesitant in committing to another purchase but Faz reassured us of Dreams 100 night guarantee (something a near by competitor did not offer). This was the main reason for us feeling comfortable jumping into such a big purchase. Our mattress should arrive later this week and I am excited to finally get a good night sleep!
Thank you Faz for all your help, really appreciated all your advice.
