Great mattress, and lovely delivery guys

From start to finish Zak at the White City, Manchester store made our experience exceptional. He wasn't pushy or talked the typical sales pitch. He explained everything in detail from our "Sleepmatch" mattress purchase, technology is incredible, to our purchase of a divan bed and headboard. He offered us coffee twice and was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Zak is a credit to the Dreams store and he also shook our hands at the end of our visit. Zak is an excellent example of how it should be done.

Delivery team were excellent as were the staff in the shop. We are very happy with our new headboard.It is super comfy, the colour goes really well with the rest of the room and it fits perfectly.

I recently bought a new mattress from the Manchester White City store and was served by Bryony. She was very friendly and helpful as well as assisted with the assessment to find the right mattress. She showed me the mattresses most suitable with my needs. Having her assistance meant that the selection and purchase process was very quick and efficient and the mattress was delivered on the day specified. The delivery men (didn't get their names) called on the morning of the delivery to specify the time and they were very quick while also being careful to bring the mattress into the master bedroom. All in all a very positive experience an I am pleased I chose Dreams again when it came to replace my existing mattress.

They were engaging, friendly, and patient when we were in store. We opted for a Tempur mattress, but quickly realised they are best suited for those couples whose dynamic activities are not a forthright consideration. They were quick to respond with guidance on how under their ‘comfort guarantee’, we could change our mattress for one suitable for our sleeping pattern. They fully refunded an unused Tempur fitted sheet, which we no longer have use for, and are delivering our next ‘attempt’, at the earliest opportunity. The comfort guarantee provided us with reassurance that we wouldn’t be penalised if it wasn’t right first time round. Certainly a huge benefit when choosing which company to buy your mattress from.
