⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Bryony at Dreams!
I popped into Dreams just looking for a pillow and somehow walked out with two pillows and a brand-new mattress — and I couldn’t be happier!
From the moment we walked in, Bryony made us feel welcome and looked after. She offered us drinks, explained the mattress scan process clearly, and guided us through the results to help us find the perfect fit. Even though she’s still in training, her knowledge, confidence, and warm personality really stood out.
She made the whole experience smooth, pressure-free, and even enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely helpful and passionate about what they do. Bryony is a real credit to the Dreams team — professional, friendly, and extremely attentive.
Thank you again for such a great experience. We’re now looking forward to better sleep!

Delivered on time . men put overshoes on to go upstairs with mattress. They were very helpful and removed plastic cover.
Everything done very well

The 1st mattress was faulty so I changed it, then the 2nd mattress was the wrong size, should hv been a 4.6 it but wasn't, I will never go to dreams again

The size of the mattress is not full double it’s 1inch x 1.5inch smaller than it should be

At first the mattress was not preferred.
Customer service reach out to me voluntarily and suggest the 100-Night garuntee which I have ommitted at first. The team is very friendly and patient to help me through the process. The mattress exchange would happen soon, we are looking forward to that.

Good service in store and during delivery.
Farz was very helpful in helping us make a good choice as well as payment. Everything went smoothly in store.

Delivery was on time as agreed, assembling was quick and painless. We were mid-work and by the time we realised, it was already done.

My partner and I have been talking about getting a new mattress for some time and finally decided to visit Dreams in-store in order to use the sleepmatch tool and find the best mattress for us to make sure we were spending our money in the best way. We visited the store at White City retail park in Manchester and from start to finish the service was incredible. Danny took us through the sleepmatch proccess, showed us all the mattresses and listened to our never-ending list of questions in order to help us find the right mattress for us, being super open, honest and transparent throughout the process. His quality of service, friendly nature and really keen understanding of the products in-store were second-to-none. I work in retail at HQ for a brand and it is rare to find such amazing staff who are so tuned into the service they offer so it's kudos to Danny and also the hiring team at this particular store! Since our experience in-store we've recommended the service widely and I believe three of our friends have been in for sleepmatching and bought new mattresses.

I must also give a shout out to the delivery team who removed our old mattress and delivered our new one - Chris & Darren. They were so helpful and friendly, went through all the mattress care and were really a pleasure. Again it's not often you get delivery teams that take the time to listen to your questions and answer with care and consideration like Chris & Darren!

Overall an amazing experience from the team and the mattress itself is unreal. My quality of sleep has been the best it has been in years, I don't wake up with any soreness in any joints which was the initial reason we wanted to sleepmatch to make sure whatever we bought would work best for us. I couldn't recommend the service and the products any more highly!! For anyone looking to buy a new mattress they also have a lot of payment options if you do want to invest in something that is high quality but want to spread out any payments in order to get the best quality night sleep you can!
