very good service and the beds and mattresses are of good quality
I bought the beds in early Nov after buying mattresses in end Oct. The shop assistant there reassured that we can get the best deal as if we bought the mattresses and beds combined (better discounts). so we had a very good deal even though we bought the goods separately.

Incredible service & product quality
Everything single of staff in Dreams had done a n incredible job....with full passion at work including the logistic team. Also, the mattress quality is amazing that fulfills all of our expectation. Great!

A dream of a bed
I was kept informed every step of the way it was delivered on time, but it came to my address instead of my daughters, but the lads were brilliant they took it to her address and my grandson was made up with his new bed.

Fantastic experience
We had a brilliant experience at Dreams. Bryony guided us through the mattress diagnostic and took the time to show us all the beds that matched our results. She even provided pillows so we could properly test each one, which was really helpful. When we stepped out briefly to grab our ID, her colleague Kam kindly answered some extra questions for us.
We were really impressed with how friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive Bryony was throughout – she made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Excellent service from both Bryony and Kam!
