Made my order on line after reviewing the mattress in the White City store, Manchester. The customer service team kept me well informed from purchase to delivery.
The delivery team took the mattress to my bedroom of choice. the delivery team were polite and appropriately dressed.

Delivery was smooth and timed great. Staff followed great procedure by taking the proper care from even just wearing shoe covers to making sure we were happy with placement and safety of everything. Very friendly and efficient.

I purchased the dormeo octaspring body zone mattress topper, it is a little expensive but oh so worth it, it is so comfortable, I have trouble with sleeping but since I have got this topper I have slept so well and have trouble getting out of bed.

The quality of the goods is satisfactory, the delivery is on time, and the packaging is good. I feel happy.

An assistant at the shop was very helpful and accommodating. All that I need was arranged in a professional manner. The delivery and assembly was hassle-free, and the quality of the assembled product was good and served the purpose as expected. Overall, a very positive shopping experience.

Drivers text night before and on day for delivery. Was careful and bought own shoe protectors. Fantastic experience throughout. Will defo buy again

Bedframe is extremely good quality and was quickly put together by the team who delivered it.
The mattress is extremely comfortable and by far the best purchase we’ve made after having a branded rolled up one which caused more issues than it solved.

The in store showroom employee Craig at Dreams white city retail park firstly was excellent and excellent customer service, wasn't pushy, listened to our preferences and price range, suggested the right mattress for us, the delivery was in time and the delivery team were again excellent and great customer service, and the mattress is extremely comfortable. This Maidstone kingsize mattress has got to be one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. I Used to wake up with an aching back & shoulders with my old one. Not anymore, this mattress offers night after night of extreme comfort, and unbroken sleep. Definitely recommend it.

In store was very good the sales person helped us choose the mattress and had good knowledge. The delivery was on time and we were kept informed. We are very happy with the mattress.
