From the point we went into the store until delivery everything was great. The person who ultimately sold us the bed was knowledgeable and although we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, answered all our other questions.

Delivery was on the day specified and communication leading up to the delivery was frequent.

The gentlemen that delivered the bed where very good and helpful and very polite thank you

We had a great experience at the store, a lovely lady employee took us through a sleep analysis, which helped us choose which mattress suited both me and my partner. We then ordered the mattress we wanted during the black friday sales, so we also made a great saving. The mattress was delivered on time and with a time frame so we were able to plan our day around the delivery. Overall, so pleased with the service and the product.

I have had the best nights sleep since I purchased the orthopaedic bed. Had to buy new sheets due to the depth of the mattress, but definitely worth it!

Dreams are so far superior to Bensons it's unreal. Helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, great delivery people and quality products.

Excellent staff in the Merthyr store. Purchase was very easy and we didn't get the Hard Sell routine.

Absolute joke of a company beware of the insurance if you take it out on your purchase. They send an engineer out then deny everything in the report apparently a hump that formed in the mattress is acceptable?? Customer service are the most vile people I have ever had to deal with. Hopefully trading standards can do something. BEWARE

Me and my partner were made to feel very much at ease when looking for a new mattress. There was no pushy sales, just had great and knowledgeable advice. And we think we have had a very good deal on the price etc.

I love my new tv bed he head board as it’s own light & it come smart tv & a very good sound system. the mattress may av been £1000 but it’s very comfortable 😁

It started when we went to the store to look for a bed the salesman Steve came and ask if we needed help we said no not at the moment so we had a walk round and then called Steve over and he was very helpful we finally found a bed we liked and suited us so be for the paper work was done Steve went and made a cup of tea for us.Then we sorted out the delivery that was that,next the delivery the men were absolutely brilliant very chatty sorted every thing out very professional can't recommend them more thank you and a special mention to Steve thank you lovely cup of tea

3rd visit to the store in less than a year with other fanily members also purchasiing and coming away very satisfied

Ive bought from Dreams before which is which went back but was very concerned about delivery (my bedroom is in the converted attic and the stairs are quite narrow) - the delivery team couldn't have made it look easier - was so pleased and impressed

Delivered on time had a call to confirm and the delivery men were friendly
