We know that a new mattress does need some time to settle, and this happens with regular use.

Excellent customer service offered by Kelly in Merthyr store. Thank you so much for your help, as we were in a hurry and showed us exactly what we asked for.
She had excellent knowledge regarding products, it was very easy to receive advice and buying process was easy.
All staff were welcoming and very polite.

Merthyr Tydfil Service at Dreams
Recently visited the Merthyr Tydfil store and had the pleasure of being served by Kieran - Sleep test done, wander around the various recommended mattresses, however, I ended up buying a Silentnight Ruddington mattress, which wasn't one of the ones on the list! A really nice shopping experience, which lasted 2 hours, was given all the time I wanted to try as many mattresses as I wanted, no hassle at all. Kieran changed mattresses onto different bed bases, which was great and was just very impressed with the service - order placed once I had chosen and delivery timeframe was only 1 week, also impressive. I have had the mattress delivered today, guys didn't take their boots off and kind of dropped the mattress onto the base, not very gentle! So, this is a review of the service in store so far, and I will update the review after some time using my new mattress - looks good though!
