Helpful & efficient member of staff helped us and although he was only a young lad he was very helpful & knowledgeable about all the products.

Very good service from purchasing to dekivery

The lady on the shop was friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was delivered within the allotted time. Which was confirmed the day before and again on the day. The delivery men were friendly, and very helpful.

The personal touch was evident from when I arrived in the store - identifying what I was hoping for, looking for, acknowledging my need to stay within budget on my pension income, and finding a good compromise. At the same time, he recognised my interest in what I'm getting for my money - the materials, the science, the benefits, etc. I was shown samples of the mattress components to demonstrate how the support and coolness elements worked. That helped establish what might work best for me, then he found options within the amount I had to spend

It is rare these days to have a team of people who are able to follow through and make things happen that have been agreed in advance. Dreams Milton Keynes were excellent. From helping us to choose our beds, being able to keep them until our new build was ready. Calling us, when they said they were going to call and just making the whole experience a really pleasant one. Thank you Dreams Milton Keynes! Ayr delivery team were also professional, efficient and friendly.

Delivery guys were very helpful

I’m very happy with my new bed and mattress from going into the store where we had excellent service and the delivery time and date were exactly as I was told and the 2 delivery men that delivered and put together my new bed and mattress were great all in all excellent service.

We were approached on entering store and asked if we required help. The salesman was knowledgeable and explained our options. We haven’t received the product yet so hopefully if it is up to standard it will put the rating up to 5 stars.

We were really pleased with the service we received from Dreams starting with purchasing our Mattress to the delivery the guys phoned us on the morning to advise what time they arrived as they said extremely polite and helpful we couldn't fault the service

Met Chloe at the door as we walked in. Found her to be helpful and genuine in her desire to help from the onset. Listened dutifully to all our requirements. Introduced us to the bed professor who analyzed our frames. Advised on the best mattresses to be had for our requirements. Showed us others not on the list , helping us to make up our minds. Chloe made the Sale.
