In store staff were amazing ! Mo and Colin were super, absolutely amazing but after that it all went drastically downhill . Delivery was awful Chaps asked for cash to put upstairs , threw mattress against my car, one wasn’t helping at all ! Mattress is absolutely pungent with a chemical smell and still After being delivered on the 25th June the smell is still unbearable , £600 divan base has wood sap leaking
through onto outer woven material ! Been unable to sleep in The £1499.00 bed due to smell ! I’m registered disabled and sleeping on my sofa due to this, having to wait until
15th July for it to be inspected ! Never received my so called ( free pillows ) ! Just awful, I’m so distressed by the whole experience

The whole experience was smooth and without a hitch. The salesman in the Milton Keynes store was helpful and not pushy. He advised us and gave us time to make our minds. I had to change the delivery date and there were no problems. The guys who put the bed together were courteous and professional and the quality of the bed and mattress is very good. We are very happy with our purchase and also with the whole experience of using Dreams.

We told the member of staff what we were looking for and that we were on a budget. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the product and suggested exactly what we needed. In about 15 minutes we were sorted.

They were great explained how to put headboard on when we get it. Tidied up well

The mattress is so uncomfortable. Worse than the old mattress I got rid off. Cannot sleep on it without layers of duvet underneath me and have spent hours without sleep or on the sofa. I ache everywhere as it’s so hard.

They arrived on time and they helped me put the plastic bag on the bed and put the new mattress on the bed and took away all the debris

I was very impressed by the excellent manner of service I received. From the start of ordering online and informing me of their procedures. To updating me on the morning of delivery by email and also by phone. Very good service!

Very happy with the mattres the only problem is it is so comfy my kids keep nicking it and itis hard to get them off

We had a good experience in buying our new bed . We were left to explore all beds & mattresses but had a good team nearby to ask questions . Our decision to buy was very easy & straightforward with Colin being very professional . The delivery boys were a 1st class team & it was all put together , the rubbish & old bed removed with no mess . The bed is excellent.

Awesome delivery service and even more awesome customer service. I can't thank the staff at dreams enough. They were very thorough with the process, making sure I had the perfect beds and there was no problem booking delivery, and the drivers were on time with delivering. 10/10 from me!!!!
