Everything. Sales person was excellent very knowledgeable. Delivery was very organised, emailed time, then phoned through when near. The two men were friendly and helpful, taking it out of the box, and putting the mattress onto the bed. They also took all of the cardboard away. Very nice mattress, comfortable. So far so good

I came to purchase a clearance ex display item in Milton Keynes about a month ago. Chloe was extremely helpful in getting me the right bed - would definitely recommend!

Very knowledgable with the products and helpful. I wasn’t rushed into purchasing anything and had time to try the mattresses out several times to ensure I got the correct one for me.

I went to the winterhill branch in Milton Keynes and saw Chloe. She gave me good information about the types of mattresses to suit me (after going on their sleep master machine …. Which helped confirm the specific type of mattress suitable for me). We had a good look round the mattresses and the offer of a drink was a nice touch. I hadn’t intended to buy on the day but actually did due to the fact we found a good mattress (I checked online afterwards and the reviews for the particular mattress I went for were excellent), my concerns regarding construction and longevity were answered and that I felt comfortable (not pressured) and confident to move ahead with a competitive price, meant I bought it then and there. Thanks to Chloe at winterhill for making something I was a little anxious about, quite easy.

Store staff very helpful and understood my wish list completely and the delivery team where friendly, helpful and worked very clearly
