Try out the sleep motion, it really helps with choices and the staff at Milton Keynes are so friendly, ask for Lucy she is the best.

Bed broke after three days
Really disappointed with the quality of the product. We paid for the installation and one of the pistons broke 3 days after our ottoman bed was built. We emailed last week (8 days ago) and are still yet to hear back. Horrendous service.

Wonderful Customer Service
Buying a new bed can be a daunting experience but from the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted by Tina, I knew we were in expert hands and would find our perfect match. I won’t lie, it took a few hours and then we went back the next day after processing everything overnight, but I never felt under pressure to make a decision and I was so grateful for that.
Once the decision was made, the rest was super easy in terms of arranging delivery, payment etc…, and I left feeling confident that if I had made the wrong choice, we would be able to exchange the mattress.
The delivery came on the day we agreed and the two guys who delivered were great and respectful of my house.
From beginning to end, this was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Dreams. The bed and mattress are amazing too and I’ve not slept so well in years!!

Very impressed with every interaction across sales and delivery
The sales assistant was really helpful with no pressure selling at all. Happy to give me quotes for options with/without bed frame and gave me space and time to consider my decision.
The delivery people were fantastic. I ordered a Tempur mattress but as it was a cold day they couldn't manoeuvre it up the stairs without risking damaging it so they left it with me and the next day sent another crew to install it. I hope when my bed frame is delivered and built it will be just as excellent!
