The customer service at the shop was considerate and knowledgeable
Payment was easy
The delivery men were considerate of my property and rang before they arrived and arrived on time
They put my bed together quickly and efficiently put it the correct position
Fitted my lampshade and brought the bedside tables into my bedroom

Good solid company
It's a great mattress, but it should be at the price of Tempa.
Dreams were incredibly helpful and very polite. We are repeat customers and would recommend them as a company. Delivered when they said, and even the delivery people were beyond helpful.

Dream of an experience
From the initial visit to the store to the installation of the bed , all concerned were helpful .We were kept informed from emails to a phone call on the day of the delivery.Could not fault the friendly informative service.

Bought a TV bed but turned up broken
Bought a TV bed but the bed turned up broken. Replacement section unable to be delivered for 7 weeks which apparently is the fastest this can be addressed. Not the service you expect when you buy a £5,500 bed also, simple point, I bought a TV bed and the TV part of the bed doesn't function. Fundamentally ruins the experience and doesn't fill me with confidence for the long term quality of the product.

Excellent experience
Milton Keynes Dreams team were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when choosing our new mattress. We were searching for a similar mattress to the one we had, they gave us good recommendations. The mattress was taken to our room upstairs, which was a great help! The mattress is perfect so much firmer than our last one and we have slept well since having it set up.
