Exceptional Service
Brilliant staff, seamless in store service and fantastic product.
We bought a mattress from the New Cross branch recently and the experience was perfect!
From the moment we walked in the door and were met by the delightful Casey, who was so attentive and genuine in every aspect of service from cups of tea, mattress computer and different options to suit our needs, it made the whole experience truly memorable.

Service was good in store but..
Service was good in store, I went into the branch in New Cross. The lady I saw was very attentive. When it came to delivery I had to reschedule and it’s so difficult to get through to anyone. Really dreadful having to wait over 25mins to get through to anyone. Not impressed at all.

I ordered my beds and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to reschedule delivery a few times. And each time I moved the delivery date, the team had been very, helpful, understanding and accommodating. I dealt with the New Cross branch. All the staff were so professional and made me feel welcomed and got my specification spot on. I finally received my order and the delivery team where just as friendly, helpful and polite. I love my beds and I had the most restful sleep for a very long time. All the aches and pains have almost disappeared. Brilliant buy. Dreams all the way!

The person who helped me to look for my bed was very attentive and helpful he asked me would I like a drink straight away as it was a hot day and his customer service was also very good and the delivery man was also polite when assembling my bed.

Staff in the store were very friendly
Staff in the store were very friendly, professional and helpful. Showed us the various products in the store. Explained the buying, delivery and return procedure. All very transparent.
The delivery of the mattress was painless. Were kept updated throughout. Delivery guys arrived on time. Were polite and very helpful.
