The only thing not to happy about is that the matress slips on the Ottaman so evert morning I have to adjust the mattress.

This store in Orpington is well laid out and the staff always welcoming and knowledgeable

We had very good advice from a sales assistant who was clearly knowledgeable, and we felt we could take our time before making a decision.

The process was smooth from ordering to delivery and the staff were courteous and helpful. The delivery men were very good and respectful. Mr Pilgrim at head office promptly responded to my request for the difference in the sale price to be honoured as the store could not deal with it. This was as a result of a price match!

The lady who assisted me was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to answer all my questions, provided helpful recommendations, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The shop assistant was honest patient and very helpful and informative. The delivery personnel were brilliant. Kept us advised of when they were going to arrive and they arrived and did a brilliant job and explained everything that we needed to know and left with everything tidied away. We were really pleased with this experience thank you very much.

So, on 22 september, I ordered and paid in full for a bed for delivery on 16 December. On 14 December, Dreams advise that they cannot adhere to what was basically a contract and now can’t deliver until 28 December. Had to totally rearrange our plans for Christmas. Don’t use, they don’t give a sh*t!
