The service from dreams was first class from the showroom to delivery and the quality of the mattress is excellent getting a good nights sleep would recommend dreams

Excellent customer service in store which made choosing our new beds very straightforward. Delivery and assembly (plus taking away of old beds) was carried out very efficiently. We were aware of date and time slot for the delivery but received a call on the morning with a more specific arrival time. Everything went according to plan (so rare these days!) Thanks to all involved - really a Dreams team !!

Service from start to finish has been excellent. Nicola in the Redditch store of Dreams was attentive understanding and patient whilst my 88 year mother in law chose her new bed. Communication was spot on with regular updates and in the day of delivery calls were received to give an eta on delivery so no need to be waiting in all day for delivery

The young lads that delivered the bed were friendly, knowledgeable of the product being assembled and attentive to the requirements we needed.

An excellent experience all round

Our experience in store was first class. Steve the salesman understood what we wanted and didn't waste our time with unnecessary sales talk. He left us to choose our new mattress after explaining the difference between them. We even got a cup of coffee while we were making up our minds. A nice experience.

Good sales service. Kept us well informed. Delivery well ahead of schedule. Actual delivery and bed erection very professional and courteous.

We have been in a 4 year battle with Dreams. We purchased a bed and mattress from them in 2020, both were faulty. We had to fight for them to replace the mattress in September 2020 and they repaired the base but not properly.
We have had recurring problems with not being able to lift the bed for the storage and the mattress has collapsed on the edge and has a dip in it on one side.
Because it has a slight sweat stain on the mattress from when my husband was poorly with a fever when he had covid, they have refused the claim. Also they have said we haven’t rotated the mattress. We were never told to do so and the super king mattress is that heavy that my husband who is 72 cannot do this.
This mattress cost us £1000 which we cannot afford to replace nor should we have to when it has a 5 year guarantee on it.
Still waiting to hear about the bed base which is bent and needs new framework and pistons due to the mattress being far too heavy for the base. They don’t tell you this when you’re in the shop.

DON’T BUY A BED FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Excellent professional service, kept me informed about the delivery. Bed arrived on time. Very sturdy bed and superb mattress that should last us for many years to come

Met by a lovely gentleman in store who showed me the mattresses I was interested in. I bought a Tempura cooling system as I always get hot in bed. Delivery was the next week and the Team were very helpful and polite.

We visited the Dreams store to purchase a mattress for the guest room so needed to find the right choice the assistant who helped us was so helpful and found us the right mattress plus duvet and pillows and mattress protector at the right price she was so patient with us and explained everything in great detail she was so friendly thank you

The staff in store were amazing - wonderful customer service there. We found the machine to tell you what mattress you need really fun and the staff had lots of knowledge and experience.

When changing the delivery date we did get messed around a lot and I did find the staff on the phone not very nice at all.
Delivery men were fab and delivered without a problem and on time !
All in all it was great , customer service on the phone was rubbish and I was spoken to poorly and had phone put down.
But I’m store staff and delivery drivers 10/10
