Mattress arrived on time as promised. Was well wrapped in protective plastic sheeting. Delivery man told me the next steps before we started to use the mattress and how to look after it

The salesperson was great but could use some deodorant.

Skye was amazing helping me select a new bed

Excellent bed and mattress but the mattress frame bolts were just short so I had to adjust the bed frame so that the bolts recessed slightly

The experience was amazing from the sales staff to the delivery people. We felt safe and confident,that we would be treated well . The man in the dreams shop was very knowledgable about both the beds and mattresses he also helped us to find the ideal bed for us. The delivery men were so efficent helpful and so polite helping and ensuring we would get the best from our bed and mattress. I would recommend dreams to friends and family . They exceded our expectations.

From going into the shop to having the bed delivered was fantastic. Sales personnel in the shop very helpful but not pushy, the 2 lads that delivered the bed were bang on time and again very fast and efficient . 5 BIG STARS from start to finish.

All the features are very satisfying, but have given ig 4 stars because.....
The only complaint would be....
I have 3 cats and when I go into zero gravity they jump under the bed.
There should be some sort of fabric all around the bed edge that when the bed is lifted the gap between the bed and base is covered or access free

It causes do much stress fir me when I lift up the bed as I never know if my kitties are in or out.
I am disabled, so dang always get up to check so have to call my wife to check

We came in looking at purchasing some new pillows and were greeted by Skye. She was amazing, knowledgable and helped us choose the right one for us. We were that impressed with the service and the way we were looked after that we decided to purchase our new mattress earlier than we’d originally planned. The price wasn’t as expensive as other bed shops and we would definitely recommend Dreams as the place to go to.

Outstanding customer service from Jerome who assisted us in choosing a new mattress. He initially greeted us, made us a drink and used the Sleep Match machine to confirm our choice of mattress. The customer service was at the right pace and was delivered in a personable and customer focussed manner.

Excellent service from Mark from start to finish. He took his time to listen and understand our requirements, and was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and bed frames we purchased
He gave us a great deal and we feel that we’ve got good value for money, particularly given the sale prices

Easy to order on line, purchased a mattress in the sale, delivery was when expected and for a few extra pounds our old matttess was taken away, we love our new double mattress and are sleeping really well on it, it’s so comfortable!

Sky in the Rugby store gave me excellent service and guidance in purchasing my new mattress. I used Dreams' recycling service for my old mattress, which was very efficient and hassle-free. My new mattress was delivered on time, by a very courteous and helpful team. The mattress is amazing! The only reason I bought online was to benefit from spreading the entire cost over instalments.
