Dreams - Ruislip Reviews 

Dreams Ruislip were so helpful from start to finish. I went in to the store desperate to get a new bed but really not knowing where to start with all the choice. Used their special test service to find best mattress type and the assistant went through the choice of pillows to find the right kind. She was extremely knowledgeable about the stock and took as much time as needed as she pointed out the various beds that would meet the recommendations of the test. After choosing the mattress I still wasn’t sure whether to go for a single or small double so she drew up two quotes and guided me through all the options for delivery services etc. She also gave me all the sizing and packaging specifications. Unfortunately when I went home to think about it I found that my chosen option wouldn’t work as the dimensions of the parcels would not get in through the house so we had to go back to square one on the bed frame but again they were so knowledgeable that they came up with a solution and were patient enough to revise the quote. All the delivery and assembly service went exactly to plan and without any fuss at all and I am absolutely thrilled with the bed, the comfort of the mattress and the perfect pillow.

We are so happy with our purchase we made in July . Paul - in Ruislip Manor - was so very helpful. He provided us with so many good tips. It was also so easy to change our delivery date.
The bed is actual for our child and she is over the moon with it. Thank you Paul.

Good customer service

The staff were friendly and very polite, no pressure. Everything went smoothly from order to delivery of our new mattress. That is very impressive these days.

Two chaps knew what they were doing ,very polite .Putting the bed together took about 40minutes .Showed us how to open and close the ottoman ,and the lever to keep it upright and safe

The delivery was quite efficient. My apartment wasn't the easiest to get the sofa (which was in 1 piece ) into. The 2 delivery guys made it look simple with quick installation. They took care of the lights and freshly painted walls etc. Very happy with the delivery. The sofa took sometime to get, but was worth the wait. Good quality and decent price.

So far what I was told has occurred . Mattress was delivered on time and has been comfortable to sleep on ,so unless some thing unforeseen should happen I have no complaints about the mattress or the service.

The two guys that delivered were very polite and professional, they had to deliver and remove my old bed and base to my flat on the second floor, without any quibble, they just got on with the job, they covered there shoes with protectors every time the entered the property, they are a shining example of great customer service, unfortunately I did not get there names, or I would have mentioned them by name. Thanks Guys

We got to try 4 or 5 different mattresses after being tested on the machine. Good price and delivery was easy. Staff were knowledgeable.

I ordered my mattresses with them afew weeks ago. The staff were so helpful in everyway. We went there two times. The 1st time we spent a long time trying to work out the best mattress for us. The staff did not pressure us into buying anything. They bought us coffee and it was a delight being in their Ruislip manor branch. Staff were really helpful and polite. I would definitely reccomend them.

Hi my reason for giving you guy's a five star review is that since I've had my new bed I've been able to get a great night's sleep each night and knowing that my new bed will last me a lifetime I truly wished I had come to you guys long before now thank you to EVERY SINGLE PERSON INVOLVED IN THE MAKING/SELLING/DELIVERING/& INSTALLING OF MY PERFECT NEW BED 💓

The bed is very comfortable but it is very high now due to the topper which did not come over in the showroom and I rolled out of bed and fell badly on the floor so you do need to sleep more in the middle of the topper and not too near the edge.
The two young guys that delivered the mattress and set it all up and took our old mattress away were incredibly friendly and helpful and very professional and even washed their hands before touching the new mattress once it was all unpacked.

Such a fantastic experience after almost dreading shopping for new beds, the member of staff made it an easy choice with being so knowledgeable and understanding our individual needs. I very highly recommend Dreams if you need a new bed, mattress and/ or headboard. A very pleasant experience thank you so much.

I received great service in store. Delivery was on time with friendly delivery people. They even asked if I wanted the packaging to be disposed of.
I'm very happy with the Sealy mattress so far.
