They're always welcoming at the Sheldon branch, giving us hot drinks on arrival, love our new Ottomon bed and the duvet we bought to go with it, would highly recommend.

What makes this company good, is the customer service you receive. They are very friendly, drinks offered, and they do there best to accommodate your needs.
I do think delivery is a little high,but all in all, great service.

The delivery men turned up before the given time. Time is important as arrangement needs to be made for someone to let them in. Also the agreement to remove the old bed from the room was not followed.

Salesperson very efficient and helpful found what (I needed at the right price delighted with my purchase.

This was me and my wife's very first visit to Dream store. We did not expected the level of such amazing services with professionalism and knowledge that was provided to me and my wife by Shahzia who was one of the staff members. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She offered us drinks like tea, coffee or water. Her communication was clear and concise. She very quickly understood what we wanted it but she went above and beyond and gave us more different options but never tried to over sell, she understood my budget and tried her best to help. Bottom line is that we visited Dreams store just to browse but because of Shahzia's genuinely excellent attitude we ended up purchasing the perfect matters and more and we both in love with it. Its just Perfect.

The service was excellent .. the bed was delivered within 3 days . Cory was extremely helpful and the fitters were brilliant . First class !
