Toni was very friendly and extremely professional. She has excellent product knowledge and was able to answer my queries. She offered us a drink and gave us time to discuss and consider our options without being pushy. I felt very comfortable to ask her questions and not feel pressured to buy.

The excellent customer service experienced was impeccable- nothing was too much trouble - all questions answered with total satisfaction.

I had rough idea what type of mattress I wanted but not sure which would be best. I rang the sales office took their advice and so glad I did. I would say it's the most comfortable bed I have ever had. Plus I was given two hour delivery window they rang me when 5 mins away. Very polite young men. Put overshoes on unwrapped and placed it on bedframe took old mattress away. Done in 10 mins. I couldn't be happier and never slept so well.

I don't really write reviews but the dream team that delivered my bed was so courteous and paid attention to details that they even spear the time to explain how everything works, I am 75 and I do appreciate these little things, keep up the good works dream team.

The two men who delivered my ottoman bed base were very pleasant. They explained how to use it, opening and closing. Gave me little tips on how to use it too.

Shaz(?) the lady that helped me was great…I did the sleep test and tested a few mattress there was no pressure put on me, and she talked through all the pros and cons of each mattress.

I was also offered and drunk a few cups of tea, and ended up buying an ottoman bed and mattress for myself, as well as a mattress for the spare bedroom.

The delivery arrangements were set up great and mattress toppers were given for both of the beds. There was also a gentleman manager who doesn’t usually worked at the Sheldon store helping out who was also extremely helpful.

Would recommend dreams Sheldon store.

Edidted with further correspondence following responce from dreams. Read below.

Bought a superking bed frame and mattress from the Sheldon store. Upon delivery we were told by the delivery driver that they wouldn't take the mattress upstairs as they risked damaging it if they had to flex it to get it up the staircase.

Only option to send back and try and oder an alternative product. At no point do the sales staff tell you you should have measured before ordering all they care about is a sale and commission. Sheldon branch manager was rude and dismissive as well and being completely unhelpful.

Then they tried to charge us £600 for all alternative mattress that was only £100 more expensive at the time we placed the order. Granted we resolved the issue but not really with the product we would have wanted.

My advice - don't oder from dreams, especially the Sheldon branch.

You are correct we have been offered an alternative product but not until after a protracted battle with the customer service team to escalate the issue who also in turn at the time advised I had no right to return a faulty product if I wanted( the bed frame was also faulty)

I agree it's our responsibility but I can assure you the house and access is plenty big enough to get a superking mattress up the stairs.
The delivery staff told me so but they wouldn't flex any sprung mattress as they become liable as a separate business to dreams.

Point being your sales staff (knowing that a superking is a big bed) should tell a customer to double check the height of the head of the stairs BEFORE ordering not refer them to the small print which you are hurried through upon placing the order."

Straight in and saw what we wanted. No hassle. Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. In and out within half an hour. Bought a tempur mattress and bed base. Considered purchase but well worth the money. Delivery was prompt and the delivery men were also professional and attentive. Can't fault dreams at all. Highly recommend going to them for your bed.

Staff in store were very helpful and patient. Matthew could not have done anymore for us. Regular emails regarding delivery and delivery drivers were excellent

Mattress is amazing got a great night sleep and felt so refreshed in the mornings I feel like me again
